The Transparency Report is presented by CFA in accordance with Article 62 of the Statute of the Portuguese Chartered Accountants Association (Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas), as amended by Law No. 99-A/2021 of 31 December, in its capacity as a firm of statutory auditors performing audits of public interest entities, as defined in Article 3 of Law No. 148/2015 of 9 September (Legal Framework for Audit Supervision), as amended by Law No. 99-A/2021 of 31 December, and in Regulation (EU) No 537/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014.
