CFA was incorporated by public deed on December 18, 1990, by Domingos Cravo, João Fortes, and Avelino Antão.
In the same year, the firm was registered with the Portuguese Chartered Accountants Association (OROC) under number 87.
1994
Qualification
On October 12, 1994, it obtained the qualification of External Auditor from the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM). It is currently listed by this authority under number 20161415.

Rebranding
The company adopted a new corporate identity, featuring a new logo.
